Swim N Minnow

I order the 2 1/2 minnow. Was sent the 2”. I called and explained them that they sent the wrong ones. They checked the order and seen the mistake and said would send me out the 2 1/2 minnow. I received the 2” again. Customer service is way below par. Which is a bummer because I really loved these.

This is a great lure/bait to use as a trailer added to other baits or lures, but I preferred rigging them on a light wire Aberdeen hook & fishing them with no other weight other than a small snap swivel using less than 10lb test line to allow this product to do what it does all by itself. It can be twitched and bounced at whatever speed you like as it is nearly weightless on its own. A great enticer for all types of fish of all sizes. I would have given a 5 rating, but the plain white-colored option is no longer being produced. When I was buying these a number of years ago, I could get a bag of 8 for less than two dollars at local WalMart stores. Now they are selling here for fifty cents a piece…for that cost, I will be using alternative lures as these aren’t that great. I really liked the action and look when you can get the hook hidden in them and lined up straight so they wouldn’t twist on the retrieve. No simple (plastic) curl-tailed minnow is worth $0.50 a piece & I can’t understand why they are so high-priced now_more than double what they were. Oh well, all good things must end, as they say.
